"Cute shirt, but the print didn’t hold up"
I really liked this shirt at first, it’s cute and fit well. But after a couple of washes, the print started cracking, which was disappointing. I followed the care instructions, so I wasn’t expecting it to wear out that quickly. i’d appreciate an apology or some kind of acknowledgment from the seller because it feels like the quality just wasn’t there.

"Decent Store, Kinda Messy"
I stopped in and it was alright, nothing too crazy. The shirts were cute and the prices weren’t bad, so that part was good. But the racks were kind of all over the place, like you had to dig around a bit to find stuff, and the staff didn’t really come over or check in much. Not saying it was a bad trip, just a little meh overall. I’d probably go back if I was already nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

"Handled the Return the Right Way"
I had to send an order back and figured I’d be waiting forever for the refund, but it showed up in my account way faster than I expected. There wasn’t any hassle, no awkward back-and-forth, just a straightforward process. it felt fair, and I appreciate when a company does the right thing by making returns simple.

"Easy to get carried away browsing"
I’ve ordered from simplysouthern.com a few times now, and every time I swear I’m just going to look for one thing. Then suddenly I’m scrolling forever. So many cute designs. Animals, beachy prints, seasonal shirts, all of it. I like that I can find stuff for myself, but also easy gifts for my sister and my mom. The site is simple to use, and the variety is what keeps me coming back. 5 stars from me.

"Return process was frustratingly slow"
The return took way too long. I expected it to be a simple process, but it dragged on much more than it should have. Even if the product itself was okay, the hassle of waiting around for the return really left a bad impression...

"Not really my style"
I’ll be honest, the designs just aren’t doing it for me. They feel a bit too loud and kind of outdated, which is disappointing because I was hoping for something more modern and easy to like.

It feels really soft, which I do like, but I keep going back and forth on the thickness. Maybe I was expecting something a little more substantial, but it does seem thin to me. Not bad overall, just not quite what I had in mind.

"Nice shirt, but I don’t really trust the quality now"
I really liked the designs and the shirt is comfortable, but after just a few washes it started fading way more than I expected. I even washed it inside out to try to take care of it, so that was disappointing. It’s still wearable, but it definitely doesn’t look as good as it did at first. Kind of makes me lose trust in the quality, which is a shame because I wanted to like it more...

"Super comfy, just a little slow to ship"
I ordered a sweatshirt and a tee from simplysouthern.com, both are really comfy. The sweatshirt is super soft but not too heavy, which I love. I’m taking off one star because the shipping felt a bit slow, but overall I’m happy with what I got and would definitely order again

"Arrived in great shape"
I was relieved when my order showed up because I’ve had packages arrive damaged before and it makes you feel kind of trapped dealing with returns and replacements. This one was packed really well, nothing was bent or messed up, and even the box looked neat. You can tell they actually took some care with it. Really happy with how it arrived.

"I reached out twice about my order..."
I reached out twice about my order and never got a real response. It felt like I was just stuck in some support loop with no one actually helping or following up. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

"Pretty much always an easy order"
I’ve ordered from Simply Southern a couple times now, and it’s been easy every time. The shirts are cute, fit how I figured they would, and the colors were basically like the pictures, which is usually all anyone wants when ordering clothes online. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it showed up in a totally normal amount of time and everything was packed fine. No issues at all. I’d definitely order from them again.

Just a heads up for anyone considering it: my stuff usually does come back, but it can take longer than I expected sometimes. It’s not terrible, and I’ve generally gotten what I was waiting for, but don’t go into it thinking it’ll always be quick

"I ordered this thinking it was..."
I ordered this thinking it was genuine Simply Southern, but when it arrived, something just felt off. Am I missing something? The tags looked a little strange, and the print quality didn’t match the other Simply Southern items I’ve bought before. Maybe I’m wrong, but it didn’t feel authentic to me. I probably wouldn’t order it again

"Save your time if you’re expecting quick shipping"
I actually like the products on the site, but just a heads up: don’t order here if you’re in a hurry. My order took over a week just to even start moving, and there were barely any updates along the way. I kept having to check the status myself, which got annoying. It did arrive eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but for what I paid, I definitely expected it to be faster. Not the worst experience, just frustrating and a bit of a time-waster

"Soft Shirt, Print Still Looks Good"
The shirt is really soft, so it’s comfortable to wear. I’ve washed it a few times, and the print still looks good, which was a nice surprise. The sizing was a little off, so I’d maybe check the size chart before ordering, but overall I’m happy with it.
